“Maravillosa pero decepcionante a al”

The place was pretty and relaxed, but they tried to charge extra for using the grill and the stove! That should have been included in the service. Paying $600 pesos for the grill and 200 for the stove felt disrespectful and abusive.

The kitchen was good, but the terrace was close to the drainage and smelled like it.

“Mala experiencia”

The cabin looked nice, but there weren’t many activities to do. When we arrived, the bathroom float didn’t work, so we reported it, but there was no 100 % privacy. They fixed it, but it still felt like a problem that should have been checked before guests arrived. The door locked and we had to wait for someone to unlock it; we were outside at 9 am while the check‑out was at 11 am, and the staff made us consider letting one of my daughters get in through the window because of the heat and hunger. Finally, we were accused of breaking a sofa that turned out not to be true; it had just not been set up properly. I do not recommend this place because of the lack of attention.

The views were great, and the amenities and facilities were solid. The jacuzzi next to the villa didn’t work, and the neighboring cabins threw a party with live music until 2 am, which isn’t part of the hotel’s offerings.

The amenities were good, the jacuzzi was nice, there was a TV, and the bed was comfortable.
