The doorknob fell off, so I didn’t feel safe and just wanted to forget the whole experience.

I was ready to leave. The room was dirty, the floor hadn’t been swept in weeks, and my wife and kids got scabies from unwashed linen, even though we were told it was washed. The bathroom was so unclean that we couldn’t shower. It wasn’t worth it; we should have left and found another hotel. We were exhausted from a long trip, and this was the first time I’d ever left a negative review, so you can imagine how disappointed we were.
