The service and cleanliness were outstanding, the staff were kind and everything was comfortable; it was perfect and I have no comments to add.

Traveling alone with my four‑year‑old daughter, I found the hotel welcoming, safe and quiet even though it sits right in the city centre; the staff were professional and friendly, and I would strongly recommend it to families with young kids.

The spot is spot on, just 100 meters from the arena, but the breakfast was inedible.

The room was fantastic, the service and staff were excellent, and the proximity to the Arena is unbeatable with no noise, plus the breakfast restaurant is superb and it’s a must for dinner too.
