Wonderful staff. The girl at reception and the concierge were very courteous, helpful, and smiling. Very strong humidity, no dehumidifiers for such high moisture, and the rooms are small.

The room was small but had all the amenities, with a separate shower and glass. The staff were very professional. Being on the fourth and top floor, just below the restaurant, we suffered from noise one evening (a party went on until midnight) and especially in the morning at breakfast time we were woken by the squeaking of chairs and tables and the customers’ chatter. For foreign travelers, waking up at 6 a.m. is far too early. If the hotel could insulate the floor, it would be great.

“Great value in a great location in a great city”

Our stay at this hotel was largely enjoyable, thanks to its excellent location in Da Lat. The hotel's proximity to walkable attractions made it feel calm and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We had a balcony room with a stunning view of the city, and the staff was helpful and efficient in organizing a tour for us. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and our room was spotless and comfortable.

“A cozy and quiet place that is accessible”

I was initially drawn to this hotel's cozy and quiet atmosphere, which made it feel like the perfect place to walk to everywhere. However, our stay was marred by a rather inconvenient design feature - the top room had a slanted ceiling, which my husband hit his head on multiple times while trying to get on the bed and in the bathroom. The white ceiling made it particularly difficult to spot the low-hanging areas.
