Everyone was very friendly and let me check in before 2:00, but when I asked for an extra pillow, no one was available.

The check‑in time was 3pm, and when I tried in at 3:30 the rooms were still not ready. I finally got in at 4:30. On the second floor the hallway was blocked by AC units from every room. In my room the AC unit was missing, and looking down the hall I saw the cleaning crew at the opposite end tidying units. I went back to the front desk, cancelled, and asked for a refund because they had oversold. The room was cancelled, but I still haven’t received the refund.
