I liked the panoramic view, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and they let you bring breakfast, lunch, or dinner into the room. At checkout, they charged us extra for items we hadn’t used: the bill listed three mineral waters even though we didn’t drink any, and two of those were sparkling water, which we rarely drink. Also, when we ordered a passion‑fruit mojito, the menu listed it for 20 soles but we were charged 25 soles each, and they hadn’t explained that there were two types of mojitos—one classic and another we didn’t recall. We had indicated the 20‑soles version on the menu, yet we were billed 25 soles per mojito.

The room, food, and pool were good, but the location and arrival were problematic because my low car isn’t prepared for the steep climb required to reach the hotel.

I liked the service; the entire staff was very attentive. The only improvement needed was cleaning—there were cobwebs and dust behind the bed, so I had to check those spots carefully because my little son was involved.
