Friendly staff, but the rooms were barely cleaned.

Staying there felt like being in a European five‑star hotel; the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always eager to please guests, and the rooftop pool mixed with seawater was a delight with an unbeatable view. The hotel’s own restaurant was highly recommendable both in taste and price, and shops like BIM, ŞOK and MİGROS were within walking distance. On the downside, the two sea‑view suites we booked had bedroom windows that wouldn’t open, and I suggested to the manager that perhaps tilt windows be installed upstairs.

“Gerne wieder”

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, which made my stay really enjoyable. They were always happy to assist me with anything I needed, and their positive attitude was infectious.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ms Burcu. The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches just a short walk away. However, I felt that the breakfast options could be more varied, and the parking lot was often full, forcing us to park on the street, which wasn't ideal.

I was really impressed with the friendly staff at this hotel - they were always smiling and happy to help. The rooftop pool was a real highlight of my stay, and the breakfast was delicious. However, I was a bit put off by the strong smell of sewage from the bathroom, which was a bit of a disappointment.
