The staff were great, but the breakfast selection wasn’t great.

“Overall very good!”

I loved many aspects of our stay: the staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful; the premises and pool were very clean; rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and water topped up; breakfast was filling and delicious with enough hot dish variety to avoid boredom; the restaurant stayed open for lunch and dinner with tasty food; our room was spacious, the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable; the location was convenient—supermarket and a shopping village with many cafés and a nice aquarium were a short walk away; a nice park along the sea front had good playgrounds and a free steam train that takes you to the far end of the park with all the restaurants (operating daily except Friday and on rainy days). The only real downside was the loud music from a nearby restaurant that starts around 8 pm and continues late into the night, which was not ideal for a toddler. I don’t think there are any rooms that are sheltered from it, but the windows provide quite good soundproofing. The white noise app on my phone helped a lot each night.

“Cazare bună aproape de Mall și centrul de distractie”

The location is cute near the port, parking is on the premises, breakfast is okay. The pool is just fine, not crowded. The attic room has a lower ceiling than what we’re used to; it’s fine if you’re short, but if you’re tall it’s a problem.

“Comfortable hotel close to Piri Reis University”

The breakfast was good with several options. The suite had a two‑plate stove and kitchenette, adding to comfort. The hotel was conveniently located close to a bus stop. I had no complaints.
