You guys must train or hire people who know how to deal with customers. Communication skills must be applied. Customer service must also be practiced. Nothing else.

This place was hard to find because the address on Google points to a building they no longer use and there is no update for the new location they are now using; after a long wait and calling, we were fetched by the owner's children, who did not even show us the parking area, which we learned the following day after we had parked outside the gate at night that there is actually a parking area adjacent to the house. The place is not taken care of, and when we told those who fetched us that we needed linen changed and the like, the young lady said we could look for other places; we stayed there because we had no other choice.
