The kitchen faucet was broken, the unit was very hot, and a larger fan would have helped in summer; a ceiling fan would have been nice too.

The location is excellent!. The decoration is a bit dated and the kitchen is older but clean although I never used it. Washer and dryer are Bosch so that is a nice touch and easily a decade newer than the kitchen appliances. This reservation was booked thru . The payment was made via Vacassa and then I received 3 emails that my payment did not go thru. I called Vacassa and after a long hold transferred to a call center in Central America. I was assured that my payment went thru. The next day I received another email from Vacassa saying that my payment did not go thru. I called again and after a longer hold was told my payment went thru. I also called and they said they could not help me- so much for customer service with Perhaps if the owner would not pay for an online travel agency and a national property mgr with offices offshore she would have a few more dollars to shampoo the filthy carpet, deep clean the unit (my allergies were horrible) and perhaps place a box of Kleenex in the bathroom!
