The place was perfect, situated well and surrounded by nature, close enough to attractions. The staff, especially Rasanjana, were very helpful and friendly.

The entire hotel was wonderful and the staff super friendly, especially the restaurant team: Jagath, Dilashik, Amidna, Kavidn. Reception was also nice, though I can't recall the names. Cleanliness was 10. No complaints. Highly recommended.
The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the room was a decent size with everything I needed. However, many bugs entered my room during thunderstorms, and the hotel’s name says Sigiriya, yet it’s roughly a 15‑minute drive, perhaps 20‑25 minutes by tuk‑tuk into Sigiriya town.

The setting was peaceful and tucked into nature. The pool was gorgeous, and the staff were attentive and kind. Breakfast buffet and dinner were both good. Nothing to complain about.
“Estancia maravillosa e inolvidable en Hotel Kamrel”
The complex is large but impeccably maintained and clean. The villas are spacious and very comfortable, with great bathrooms, and the outdoors are beautiful, especially the pool, perfect for relaxing. The best part, undoubtedly, is the staff: absolutely incredible and probably the best experience we had in all of Sri Lanka, from superb safari arrangements to inviting us to dine at their restaurant as a gesture for a small initial room error. I’ve never seen this level of kindness and attention. The breakfast team was also lovely, especially Jani, always attentive to us. A 10/10 in every way. Nothing I didn’t like.
