The only bright spot was the big bed, the mattress, and the matcha we received. Everything else felt scattered and disorganized, and we had to call to get towels. It was unclear where breakfast and the bar were located.

“Beautiful hotel and location--staff could be more responsive and available.”

The property looked gorgeous and the rooms were well-equipped. Having a small coffee shop/deli and store on site was very convenient, and I loved the chapel; the in‑room dining options were delicious. The staff seemed disorganized, double‑booking our room so I walked into an occupied one. We stayed at the Grand Reserve, across the street from the main hotel, and the “Living Room,” which acts as the lobby for that side, was closed—so no one was available to help with a new key after we extended our stay, and there were no luggage carts nearby.

The quality, comfort, proximity to concerts and restaurants, and the excellent staff and customer service made it a perfect 10/10.

The area was pretty and the location was good, and the staff were nice. However, the valet parking wasn’t useful for Grand Reserve guests, the valet staff weren’t around when needed, and the adult pool area needed more staff attention.

Everything was great, but no late check‑outs were available.
