We are very satisfied with our vacation. Everything was excellent, clean, comfortable. The staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. A special thanks for their warm welcome and care; we will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for everything.

The toilet flush constantly leaked water. There was an unpleasant smell from the toilet (sump trap), and I had to pour water myself. The batteries in the remote controls were dead.

Месторасположение очень хорошее. Вода в бассейне холодная и грязная пузырится. Номер выходил на стройку (попросила поменять отказали)Утром в 8.30 под окнами очень громко разговаривал персонал который пришёл на смену (девочки)которым сделала замечание с балкона! 😔😔😔Полотенца попросили сухие и в этом получили отказ😔😪

I stayed at a very pretty and cozy hotel right next to the park, and the dinner and breakfast were delicious and varied, but on a very windy day the strong gusts made the air around the balcony door howl and hiss loudly.
