“Avoid this place if you can, the low nightly rate simply isn't worth it!”

The motel sits in a very shady part of town, which alone wouldn’t have stopped me. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk, so I had to call and finally someone came. He handed me the key card and I went to the room. I’ve stayed at many low‑budget places, but this was by far the worst. It was about 98 °F outside and the AC inside didn’t work at all. Bugs were on the ceilings and walls, and some rough‑looking people were hanging around. I immediately went online to find another place, any place. I managed to leave and move to a much better but more expensive spot. I’d avoid this one at all costs. There was nothing at all to like: no working AC, the room was so humid that the floor and walls were wet, and the desk guy couldn’t speak English and seemed mad at me for trying to talk to him.

“Would absolutely book here again for a San Antonio trip. The location and value are great.”

Nice, safe location; we could walk back safely from the Alamodome. The bed was very stiff, but not so much that I couldn’t sleep. Still great for the price.

The bed was comfortable, and overall the location is good, plus there’s parking. The room smelled bad—mold or old stuff—and even after spraying air freshener, the scent was strong enough to make my stomach churn at night.
