I liked the bathroom’s complete wet‑dry separation, and the room has many platforms and cabinets for storage—very convenient! I especially loved the pillows and the bed, which slept so well. Parking nearby is easy, with FamilyMart and 7‑Eleven less than 100 m away, so no fear of midnight hunger. Food brought in can be eaten in the lobby, and we enjoyed the lobby for three nights—awesome! The front desk service is excellent; any issue is handled immediately, and they remember guests’ itineraries, greeting us warmly upon return. I love the service quality in Banff town. The only downside: the room’s lock is a vintage bell‑clapper lock that I never managed to open on my own—always needed a friend’s help.
