The staff were phenomenal, kind and helpful, and everyone we met was just amazing. I did wish there had been a breakfast option, and leaving on a Sunday meant none of the local places were open.

The room was beautiful, the location great, and free parking was available on nearby streets. I would have liked to charge my electric car, but there are no chargers in the nearby streets; I knew that beforehand, otherwise it was an excellent stay.

The location is brilliant for Crystal Palace Park, and the room was huge with a lovely welcome tray.

The location was the prime reason for choosing this place, as it met our specific needs perfectly. No breakfast was available, but we knew that from our previous stay; a nice small café across the road was used for breakfast, although it was not open on a Sunday morning.
