“Mala”

The hotel looks nice, but the service is terrible! The staff’s attitude in the rooms is awful, the rooms are scorching hot and the air conditioner doesn’t work. Both elevators were out of service and we had to wait a long time to reach our room. The staff is the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel. While having breakfast, an employee shouted at me to leave a table because I was sitting where supposedly I shouldn’t, without saying anything, and interrupted me in the middle of my meal—this is unacceptable! I felt humiliated.

“Probably wouldn’t return”

The room is spacious, but it’s in disrepair and the beds are extremely uncomfortable.
