I was ripped off by this place; fraud was committed upon me and ruined our vacation. We came home the next day! I lost $900 during the cost for having a criminal enterprise! The reservation was for a place two states away. Nothing is a fraudulent enterprise.

It was nice and welcoming, but the smell was unpleasant.

We picked a room with a hot tub and it was absolutely the best hot tub I've ever had in a hotel room; it was huge and so comfortable I almost fell asleep in it. The room itself was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The staff were very friendly, and I can't think of anything I didn't like about this hotel.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly, and I would stay again because she was awesome.

The rooms feel ancient, the pillows were so terrible we had to purchase our own, and a musty odor lingered throughout the space. The so‑called “free” breakfast was merely a cup of coffee and a single piece of fruit. It took ages for the shower water to heat up, and the complimentary soap was nowhere to be found. The entire property seems in need of a serious overhaul.
