“Great Location. Hop on / off Bus Stop right across the Street Clean Rooms. Excellent Staff!”
The location was spot on and the staff went out of their way to help us. Our room felt great, especially the exposed wood beams, and overall we were thrilled with the experience!

The staff was almost absent; I kept going to the front desk and it was empty, and twice in four days I found no staff at breakfast either. It wasn’t a true buffet—no self‑service coffee, so I waited 10–15 minutes for someone to help. The cleaner came while I was showering; seeing my electronic lock indicator, they knocked repeatedly. I had to open the door in a towel and ask if the room should be cleaned, to which I said “Ok, but later.” They never came back.
The staff was good. Everything else was fine.
“Superó mis expectativas”
The hotel was small but the service felt personalized, clean, and relaxed without the stiff formality of luxury spots. We mentioned our early tour and they offered a 6:00 am breakfast as a special courtesy, even though the usual start is 7:30 am. Everything else was perfect.

The location was fine. The room was pricey and cramped, with windows opening onto building gaps where people were cooking, so no fresh air. The wooden ceiling made a creaking sound at 3–4 am, as if furniture was being moved. Breakfast was subpar; a staff member opened a supermarket bag of salad for us. In the bathroom a sink support had a burn‑like mark from an incense stick. For a 4‑star claim, these flaws are unacceptable.
