The location was perfect - just a short walk to the center of town.
Our room was huge and spotless, with a beautiful view from the terrace.
The staff here were really friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

“Jederzeit wieder”
Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, and the mattress is great.
A comfy bed and a pleasant room, even though a few items were worn, and the hotel’s restaurant is really good!
“Excellent location and premises with helpful staff”
The location was perfect for walking to the castle, the “window,” and restaurants. We could park our car on the premises. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and help. We were assisted carrying our bags up the three flights of stairs (no lift). Our room was at the top of the stairs, so it doesn’t have a view, but it was a good size, clean, and very comfortable. The terrace balcony offered a great view, where we had drinks and snacks that were delicious. I would definitely return.

The staff’s friendliness is definitely the best part! The location is super close to the center, the breakfast and lunch at the restaurant are great, and the views from the hotel are nice. The way to get there is a bit tricky, but once you’re there you won’t need a car. It would be nice if they offered a wash for the rooms; they’re okay but I think they could do a lot better.
All services were excellent. The hotel is right in the center of Berat, and you can also park right in front of it. The view from the room/balcony is of the old town and the castle. Nothing.
