The accommodation is not as advertised, only the air‑conditioning is good, the room lacks basic amenities. I chose Nhật Vân 1, but when I arrived I was moved to Nhật Vân 2, which was terrible.

The staff were very kind, attentive, and ready to meet guests' various needs. The place is clean and pays attention to all the little details so that guests feel very comfortable and at home. It’s quite central to the city’s historic sites and museums, and you can walk easily from the hotel, enjoying a nice stroll through the streets and seeing the everyday life and cultural habits of the friendly locals in Ho Chi Minh City.

That day the accommodation was overbooked, there were no rooms left, but they still opened the app for booking and suggested another place about 3 km away.
