“Pictures of rooms are not real”

The castle in the forest had a good location and breakfast, but the room photos were misleading; we stayed in a very basic room that did not look like a castle, sorry.

The palace is truly impressive, though it does need a renovation; the interiors are understated and not flashy, yet they have style. Combined with excellent service, the quiet and calm make it a perfect escape from everyday life. The breakfasts were wonderful, and the price-to-quality ratio is remarkably favorable. I recommend it. The place does need a small renovation.

Staying at the Paulinum Palace was more than just a hotel stay—it was an unforgettable, highly atmospheric experience. The property sits on a hill within a vast historic park, guaranteeing silence, peace, and complete detachment from everyday noise, even though it’s close to the center of Jelenia Góra.

“Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit einigen Macken.”

The hotel sits close to the city center and offers parking. The décor is a lovely Art‑Deco vibe and the restaurant is fantastic. Unfortunately, the spa and gym were unusable; the sauna, grotto, and steam bath somehow worked, but everything else was either broken or just a façade. The road to the hotel needs renovation.
