“Loud, rude, echoey”

The room itself was lovely, but the real issue was the noise. Every night, it was like a never-ending party outside my door, with people shouting, screaming, and stomping until the early hours. When I asked for help with the echoing, the staff just shrugged and said they'd be done soon - as if that was a valid reason to ignore my request for a bit of peace. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep.

Unfortunately, this hotel has a major flaw - you can hear everything that's going on in the corridors, and the mattress is about as comfortable as a stone slab. It's a shame, because the room itself was spotless and the staff seemed friendly, but it's hard to get a good night's sleep when you can hear every creak and groan from the hallway.

The staff here are absolute gems - especially Pat, who went out of his way to make me feel welcome. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was among friends, and the service was top-notch. The hotel itself is nothing special, but the people make it worth staying here.

This place is spotless and the staff are super friendly. I was really impressed with how clean and tidy everything was. The only downside is that it's a bit noisy, but that's not the hotel's fault.
