Honestly, the whole experience was a disaster. They upsold my room to someone else and then had the nerve to ask me for more cash - yeah, no thanks. To be fair, that's about the only 'positive' I can think of, but everything else was a total letdown. Nothing impressed me, it was all pretty subpar.
