“Okay if they lower the price”

This hotel has a lot of potential, especially considering it's a brand new property. The location is great, right in the middle of the market and close to the Trivandrum stadium. However, the price is a bit steep, and the service could be improved. The staff didn't provide us with Wi-Fi, and there were some hair in the bathroom drain, which suggests that the room wasn't cleaned properly. Still, the fresh feel of the new property makes up for some of these issues.

The hotel itself was fine, nothing to complain about really. The room was decent, clean and all that, but the parking situation was a nightmare. They have a small lot, and it's first come, first served, so you're basically at the mercy of whoever gets there first. It's a bit frustrating, especially if you've got a lot of gear to unload.

The room was top-notch, super clean and comfy, but the price mess was a major letdown. I arrived to find out the rate was 1700, then 1500, and finally I managed to get the online price of 1360. The next day was more of the same, with a 1500 quote instead of the 1300 listed online. To top it off, the guy at the front desk tried to scam me with a 60 rupee charge after I'd already paid the day before – talk about cheeky.

“Great”

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was seriously spacious and clean, with a super comfy bed that I didn't want to leave. The bathroom was modern and well-stocked with toiletries, and the shower was actually really powerful. The hotel's facilities were also top-notch, with a great gym and a pool that was perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day. I was a bit worried about noise, but it was actually really quiet considering the hotel's central location.

The hotel's location is pretty central, but the noise from the street is a real issue. I was a bit worried about the cleanliness, but the room was spotless and the staff were helpful when I checked in late. The room itself was small, but that's not a huge deal. Overall, it's a decent value for the price, but you might want to bring earplugs.
