“Great location, disappointing facility.”

The location was great. It was old, not very clean. Room service came and took all our towels, with no visible servicing. We had to go to the office to get more towels and a bath mat. Plus there were extreme deferred maintenance issues in the shower, sink, fridge, and more. No extra blankets and we were cold. We paid three times more than it was worth, but that was likely due to supply and demand on a busy fall weekend when we didn’t book in advance.

“Overpriced.”

I was pleasantly surprised by the room, which had a microwave and mini fridge, even though the building feels older; the space itself was decent. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, but there’s a great diner right next door and plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance. The front desk staff weren’t very friendly, and when we arrived at about 2:50 we found a sign that said check‑in wasn’t until three, so the door was locked. The shower and tub were dated, and the shower head was positioned too low. I would have rated this place higher if they hadn’t charged me three times the price of the previous month.

It was in Moab proper, it was quiet and the facility was clean. The room provided a room for rest and keep belongings secure. The location, while great, also means that it's in an area surrounded by other businesses which means lots of light around. The blinds in the room provided were not the right ones to keep lighting from outside to get into the room and had to rig up a light blocker with the coverings from an unused bed

Check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free, the room was spacious, but it looked a bit worn and wasn’t very clean. The location in the city was good. Everything was fine for me ☺️

“I would like to get compensated for the inconvenience. We did not sleep well.”

We found a dead cockroach on the floor and one of the towels was dirty or not washed properly. Also, the trash area in the parking lot was really messy and dirty. Location
