Location ✔️ Service & staff ✔️ Room - exceptional ✔️ Recommended car parking ✔️ Breakfast ✔️ Couldn’t fault at all, quiet and comfortable night’s stay. We will gladly return when next staying in Malaga. Nothing at all!

The staff were all very friendly, the hotel’s location was great, and we got a quiet room. Every floor offered a refill station for water bottles. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable: the bedding and mattress were dirty, dark stains marred the small seating area in front of the bed, water‑damage marks appeared on the bathroom wall, and there were a few ants in the bathroom. No toothbrush or slippers were provided, and the room was dusty. A four‑star hotel should not be this messy.

Every staff member delivered outstanding service. From Fernando’s warm greeting upon arrival to Jose’s farewell when we left, they made a big impact on our stay. The rooms were very modern and clean, and each morning’s breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel is only a 5‑minute walk from the city centre, so we highly recommend it.

The place is in a perfect spot, just a few steps from the harbor, the beach, the bus station for excursions, and the old town. The reception staff were very friendly. Our room faced a side street, so it was pretty quiet. We skipped breakfast, so I can’t comment on the buffet.
