Breakfast was good, but the bed was very hard and I found an old hair tie in it, so I’m not sure the room was cleaned properly.

Breakfast was fine, but I wasn’t greeted when I walked to the counter, and when I asked questions, the staff didn’t acknowledge us.

Nothing really. The first room was bad, service was rude, and everything seemed broken or cracked.
