The staff were nice, rooms and pool were clean. There’s a small bar directly across the road that plays loud music all night, making the location very noisy.

“Would stay again”

The pool was nice, the room was good, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. No complaints.

Breakfast each morning was excellent, though I was a touch let down by the absence of bacon. The staff were friendly and helpful every time we left and returned, making our stay feel warm and welcoming, always ready to assist. The resort itself was clean and tidy. The only drawback was that the beds were far too hard and uncomfortable, but otherwise everything was perfect.

“Great value for money and clean”

This hotel is great value for money and an excellent location to get to the main area of Patong with a busy high street right outside too for food, shops etc. Room was spacious and clean and the pool area is beautiful. Breakfast was included in the price and so this was great value for money

“i want to say to lady in charge ( manager) fuck you”

On the bright side, there’s a 7‑11 and a massage shop nearby. Unfortunately, the staff—especially the lady in charge—were very rude, and I would never return if she’s still there. Cleaning was non‑existent: they told me in the morning we wouldn’t clean, in the afternoon we wouldn’t clean, and even at night I asked and they said no one was here.
