The place is perfectly situated in the old town yet surprisingly quiet. Our simple rooms lacked a real window, but otherwise had everything needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. It’s a slightly dated but still pleasant city hotel.

Talking with the young staff revealed why this hotel feels like an extraordinary environment—they all hail from the same small village north of Hue, which makes you feel part of the community. It’s an incredibly warm and welcoming spot, and Hannah is a remarkable young woman, though the others are just as good. I liked everything.
