Front One Hotel Tulungagung

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the establishment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the bathroom mirror, which seemed to be fogging up frequently. Despite this, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

“Customer service non-existent”

I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share my story. Unfortunately, the hotel's poor staff attitude was the worst I've encountered during my 17 stays in Indonesia, and I would strongly advise against booking here. The hotel failed to honor our request to change our dates, and the listed phone number in their app was inactive, which made it difficult for us to communicate with them.

“Staff were obstructive and unhelpful”

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of my room, but unfortunately, the hotel staff left a lot to be desired. Trying to communicate with them before my stay was nearly impossible, and when I did manage to get in touch, they were uncooperative and unhelpful. This was by far the worst experience I've had with hotel staff during my two-month stay in Bali and Java. The overall experience was quite disappointing.
