The staff were sweet and helpful, and since we drove, the front‑door parking was reasonably priced and convenient. The facilities felt outdated, and that would have been acceptable if they were clean, but the wall had stains and the carpet was so dirty I hesitated to walk barefoot. It was the first time in Japan that a hotel seemed so unclean. The headboard was dusted just the week before, yet dust was still visible when I lay in bed—an issue for my dust allergy and a bad way to start the day. On top of that, the bed was too hard, so I didn’t sleep well.

“満足のホテル”

The place was clean, the amenities were sufficient, and the food was delicious. Atsuta Shrine was at a comfortable distance, and the subway was also nearby. The staff were warm and welcoming. No complaints.

“外装は古めかしいけど部屋はキレイでした”

The hotel is close to the station and a convenience store, which was very convenient. The room felt freshly renovated and clean. The staff were courteous and left a good impression. The breakfast buffet was well maintained, with staff constantly checking and restocking. The microwave was hard to locate; I might have asked the staff for help but gave up. Personally, I was disappointed that the scrambled eggs were missing on the second day and replaced with boiled eggs.
