The convenience, parking, and breakfast were all good. The only downside was the noise coming from the nearby sports fields.

The parking area was ample, which suited my needs. The room was a bit noisy on the street side, and there was a crack in the window—perhaps that contributed to the noise.

The room was very spacious. The carpet was an issue because I am allergic.

I found the location perfect for business in Monterotondo, but the breakfast still needs improvement.

The value for money is great and the staff are genuinely welcoming; the breakfast is very good, definitely high quality.
