The space was comfortable, the price reasonable, the bathroom clean, and the location convenient. The air conditioner was not working.

“Ótimo atendimento e custo-benefício.”

The reception staff were excellent. The white lights in the room and the glass on the window that faces the parking lot lack a film, so people outside can see inside.

The location is great for travelers passing by the BR. There was no sheet to cover the bed, and the sheet that covered the mattress was crumpled as if it had been used; the hotel needs a renovation.

The location is optimal. Unfortunately it’s not suitable for people with mobility difficulties, as all rooms are on the upper floors.

“Pontos de relevância do Hotel”

I liked the location—it’s a handy spot for travelers because it sits right by the BR. I booked for three adults and an 11‑year‑old child, but the guardrail was far too small, and the hotel is noisy from the outside when tourist buses stop, with drivers and passengers shouting loudly enough to echo inside the room. As coffee lovers we found the cold coffee disappointing, and the way they store it doesn’t keep it warm.
