“Top Hotel in bester Zentraler Lage”

Very, very clean and quietly situated. I’ll come back anytime. The hot‑water control in the shower is sluggish, but after about 2 minutes the water feels like lava 😂

The place was awful except for its location. The hot water didn’t work, the room had a strong odor, the air‑conditioner made noise, and the bed was too hard.

“It was a satisfactory stay but the 1st impression on reaching the entrance was frustrating”

The surroundings were very calm and quiet, and the location was fine. However, after disembarking you had to trek through a narrow passage with all your luggage to reach the hotel, and the entrance to that passage was dirty, with garbage bags left there every morning. There’s no elevator, and the front desk staff struggled to understand English, which was frustrating for a foreigner. Every morning we had to request complimentary bottled water and bathroom amenities, and housekeeping could improve. The complimentary water bottles could simply be placed in the room daily without guests having to ask.

“Buena relación precio calidad”

The price‑to‑quality ratio was good, and the hotel is in a great spot, central and close to shops and restaurants. The shower lacked a curtain, so everything in the bathroom got wet while showering.
