No room service, no clean, no balcony, and the whole place was just too dirty.

There was no breakfast, the door lock was weak, and the TV was broken. I had to get food and water from the manager at night, but the elderly staff member from morning to noon was rude and ignored me. He kept saying to handle things outside. The manager was fine, though. That old guy needs to change his behavior or be fired.
