The owner was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful, and the location was just perfect.

The location is very nice, and the reception staff were friendly; there are parking spots in the back courtyard. However, the rooms weren't very clean, with spider webs on the ceiling and stains on the bed, and the toilet wasn’t securely fastened. The breakfast was actually something I’d rather avoid even though it was included, so I skipped it.

The spot is near the Chiang Khan pedestrian street and there are bicycles to rent. Inside the room, there’s no trash bin, and the fridge doesn’t stay on all the time.
