This hotel is a gem - the room service is top class and the room itself was spotless and well looked after throughout my stay. The location is super convenient too, which made exploring a breeze. Overall, a great place to stay.

The breakfast was a highlight, but I was a bit disappointed with the limited food options, especially when it came to room service. Not a huge deal, but would've been nice to have a few more choices. Still, the breakfast was good, so that's something.

Our stay got off to a rough start - we waited ages, like an hour and a half, for check-in. And when we finally got to our room, it wasn't ready, no hand towels, and no packed breakfast at 7 am like we'd requested. The area and entrance of the hotel were also pretty run down. Not great.

This small hotel is in a great spot, surrounded by shops and serving up good food. I did enjoy the food and breakfast, but I think there might be some repetition there - great food and breakfast was mentioned twice!

The staff at this hotel were really something special - so humble and friendly, and they made sure our stay was comfortable. The music in the corridors was a nice touch, especially in the mornings. And the food was always warm and served quickly. Nothing to complain about, really.
