The hotel owner's attention was great, especially for families traveling with children; the pool is a blessing, entrance and exit are very good, no parking problem. For those like me who come by motorcycle, they provide an open area where you can park your motorcycle safely, and the city is quite safe.
A charming little hotel with very pleasant staff and a nice pool right next door, very quiet and clean, perfect for a stopover or a few days in the area near Pisa and Florence, or to explore the lovely town of Pistoia.
