Vincenzo was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, meeting us in person, ready with tips for great spots in Rione Sanità, and always on hand. However, some parts of the apartment needed maintenance, as I had mentioned to Vincenzo, and he forgot to drain the water from the kettle at the entrance.
