The rooms are tidy and spotless in a quiet setting. Recommended for anyone looking for a family‑like, peaceful environment away from city chaos. There’s ample parking. Unfortunately, there’s no common space where everyone can hang out together.

The property is cozy and fully equipped with everything you need, I’d recommend it! The only downside was that dogs were allowed, and the one that stayed barked for two consecutive nights. The owner promised to stop allowing dogs, but the noise really ruined the sleep quality.

“Buona struttura”

The building is new, well maintained, and looks good from the outside. The parking solution is excellent—spacious and safe. The area is obviously very quiet, the room is large with good amenities and well equipped. Nothing to complain about.

Cleanliness and courtesy are standard at "Il Rifugio del Principe". The property is wonderful, great value. Owner Lino is polite and ready to help with anything. The view lets you admire the spectacular Valle dell'Ufita. Thanks for the five‑star stay.

“Casale con stanze molto confortevole, minimal ma pulito e comodo.”

We had two separate rooms with a shared bathroom. Very convenient and quiet, clean and equipped with everything needed for a short stay, including a fridge, AC, and coffee machine. The fridge in one room was broken, but that didn’t matter because we could use the other room’s fridge.
