The price was reasonable, the Malacca location convenient, and the staff service decent, but the room lacked an iron, a fridge, and a phone; the bedsheets were changed every two days instead of daily, and the pillow set could have been better.

The staff were actually nice, but the place is clearly a budget hotel. The advertised name turned out to be a lie – it’s near Aeon, about 20 km from the city, and everything was dirty, the paint was peeling and the whole building reeked of burnt plastic. My wife and kids got sick just sitting there, all coughing. The water‑cooler tasted foul because the filter hadn’t been changed in ages. They tried to save money and ended up losing it themselves. The bed was broken, the sheets and towels smelled bad. Honestly, the service was embarrassingly poor; I deeply regret booking this hotel and would never return, even though I’d already paid.
