“We didn’t have any hot water to shower”
Nice and comfortable, but I loved it.
“A Clean and Convenient Hotel with Some Minor Drawbacks”
My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise, despite a few minor drawbacks. The hotel was clean, and the staff was professional and courteous. However, I did find the location to be a bit inconvenient for my needs, as it was only convenient for the event I attended.
“Mostly Quiet Stay Marred by Upstairs Noise”
The staff and cleanliness of the hotel were truly impressive, making for a comfortable stay. However, our room was disrupted by noise from the room above, where someone was playing drums loudly from 5:30 am until 9 or 10 am. Thankfully, the rest of the time was quiet.

The location was good, but the carpet and hot water system need replacing. The tankless heater was awful; I had to leave my shower running hot for 35 minutes before it warmed, while many of my companions took cold showers. That's unacceptable for the price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with the staff being extremely helpful and going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything that didn't quite meet my expectations during my stay. Overall, it was a great experience.
