The luggage storage after check‑out was very convenient, and we appreciated having this option. We stayed in Room 2 and were disappointed with several aspects. The window faces the staircase inside the building, so there is no access to fresh air from outside; people were smoking on the staircase and the smoke smell entered our room. We had to keep the room door wide open most of the time just to get some air inside. The room was extremely hot and stuffy, especially when it was raining outside, almost like a sauna. The lounge area looks beautiful, but there was a large pile of rubbish behind the sofa, which caused a very strong and unpleasant smell. We specifically chose this accommodation because breakfast was included, as we wanted to be able to eat without having to leave the property. On our first morning, we took some yogurts and only discovered after eating them that they had expired three days earlier. We checked the other yogurts in the fridge and found that they were also expired. After this experience, we decided not to have breakfast there again, as we could no longer be confident about the freshness of the food.

The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is complete. The cleanliness was lacking. When booking the room, the information was not very clear. Room 4 has two independent double rooms with a shared bathroom, which would have been enough for three people.

“Terribile”

We had no air or windows, and at 3 am my wife felt sick; we wrote but received no reply. By the time we paid, we had already left early and were offered a €20 discount for the inconvenience, but she said she had a fever. It felt like a container, a bunker – the worst experience of our lives. The early‑morning noise was insane, a constant banging of doors, and then another group arrived, a real nightmare.
