The pool was nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Fresh water fountains were on both levels. The rooms were very spacious. There is indeed noise from the construction next to the hotel, but it isn’t terribly disturbing.

“Great place great people and service”

We stayed for 12 nights and were extremely pleased with the place, situated in a quiet spot between a river and a calm neighbourhood. The facilities were great, the staff were very kind, polite, and always smiling. Thank you, Afie, for all the kindness and professionalism. We needed utensils for our kitchen and they provided everything; communication with the manager was smooth and they were there for all our needs and requests. We appreciate the water fountains throughout the property; thank you again and we will be very happy to return. Leaving the place was a bit disappointing.

I had a wonderful stay with Bali Invest Living. The place was comfortable, well‑maintained, and exactly as described. The team was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check‑in to check‑out. I’d happily stay with them again and highly recommend it. Nothing in particular stood out; the stay met my expectations.

The rooms were okay and clean. The property is run down; don’t expect the clean pictures you see here because the area by the pool is dirty. On the first night I saw a sign that the pool was being cleaned and would be ready the next day, and that sign stayed up for all three days I was there, so I guess it had been that way for a while. The pool looked filthy at the bottom. The staff were super friendly.
