The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. However, things took a bit of a turn when we discovered that the heaters had been turned on without our permission. To make matters worse, the hotel's laundry facilities were out of order, which was a real inconvenience. It's a shame, because the location was really the selling point for us.

I was really impressed with the hotel's automated check-in system - it was so convenient and saved us a lot of time. Unfortunately, our hot water supply was cut off in the morning, which was a bit of a disaster. Still, the ease of check-in made up for it to some extent.
