Affittacamere Il Contadino, a 19th-century country house in Pollein, offers rustic rooms with Alpine-style wooden furnishings and mountain or country views. Surrounded by mountains, it's 300 metres from Pollein centre and 3 km from a ski lift. Guests can trek to nearby Mounts Milius and Becavinone, and enjoy homemade breakfast with cakes, fruit, yoghurt, and cereals.

The welcome was excellent, the staff charming, the breakfast tasty, the location fantastic, very cozy and very cute, but the bedding was extremely hard—beds, mattresses, and pillows were very, very stiff.
