“Deben de estar más pendiente de los huéspedes que llegan”
I couldn't get into the room at all – the video they sent was blurry and the password never showed up. I called several times, got no answer, and ended up having to find another place to stay.

The room itself was comfortable and quiet, and the front desk staff were really welcoming. The only downside was the breakfast server, who seemed a bit rude when taking orders. Overall, a decent stay despite that hiccup.

Unfortunately, another staff member never showed up, sent confusing WhatsApp messages, and the room I booked with a desk wasn’t available, leaving me with a broken TV and a wardrobe with damaged doors. We managed to make do with the other displays for my daughter, but the reservation mix‑up was a real hassle.
Staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience pleasant.
