What I liked most was the convenient location near all amenities. The breakfast was fresh and hot, unlike the previous place we stayed at. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the map they gave us to navigate the Medina was a big help. Overall we were very happy. 😊 The room itself was comfortable with a good bed and a nice night’s sleep. For one night it was fine, but I wouldn’t stay longer in this room because the bathroom was impractical. It was extremely small, with everything packed close together. The glass was near the sink and toilet, making the space feel cramped. A wobbly shelf hit my friend’s head, so that needs fixing. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and had a large gap, making it hard to feel comfortable when someone else was in the room. There was no cupboard or much storage, and no suitable area or mirror for makeup, which could be inconvenient for female guests staying more than one night. The room was nice and the bed excellent, so for a one‑night stay the bathroom wasn’t a major issue. Hopefully other rooms have better bathroom layouts and storage, as this one would be difficult for an extended stay.

A very nice hotel. The rooms were top. There was air conditioning. A nice rooftop terrace. It’s right next to the medina, easy to find. Highly recommended. Friendly staff who help with all your questions. The breakfast was sometimes a bit monotonous, mostly bread with eggs; a bit more variety would be nicer.

I was a solo traveler who booked a private room with a private bathroom, and the interior was stunning—more beautiful than I expected. The bunk bed was surprisingly comfortable and spotless, and once you learn the layout, moving in and out is a breeze. The staff were friendly, though they do ask for tips. The only downside was that the room lacked a small table or any surface to put a phone, charger, or suitcase; everything had to be placed on the floor. Food prices are tourist‑level and not cheap.

The staff were genuinely kind, which was a definite plus. They were very helpful when they moved us to a different room because the one we had smelled bad and was very dark. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast. The only issue was the strong, pungent odor from the neighboring property.
