Everything was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, but the single entrance and exit caused the road to flood, trapping us and changing our vacation plans; an emergency contingency exit is needed.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Staybridge Suites North Charleston and would gladly return! Jayla and Kiara at the reception were absolutely amazing—warm, helpful, and professional throughout. We arrived around 2:30 a.m. because of flight delays, and Mrs. Linda welcomed us and handled check‑in, which we appreciated after such a long trip. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and comfortable, and we especially liked the well‑equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils for family meals, making our stay more convenient. The hotel’s location is also convenient and not too far from the airport. Overall, we loved our stay and the hospitality made it even better. Thanks to the whole team for making us feel so welcome! We look forward to staying again.

The 1 BR with Queen beds was a great choice; the beds were very comfortable and gave us a good sleep after long travel, and the hotel honored our request for a lower‑floor room. The staff were friendly. The bathroom was a bit cramped, and weekday breakfast options weren’t that great.

The location was quick and easy to access, the room was very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pantry had everything we needed last minute, breakfast was wonderful! The variety was fantastic! I loved the free laundry facilities. Only one dryer was working during our stay but it was free (Tide pods available for purchase very inexpensively in the pantry shop by the front desk). Purchasing items in the pantry was super easy with self service. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful! Especially Jesus! He showed us his favorite restaurants on the map. We had a great time!. Dryer not working but honestly, everything else was so good that it’s not a big deal
